Textura Naturæ

Hand-Embroidered Screens

In the hands of Lucie Toure, a surface is never merely a surface. It becomes a territory for transformation—a place where material is reimagined through gesture, patience, and meaning.

With Textura Naturæ, Lucie reaches a new level in interior application, introducing a creation that blurs the boundaries between decorative arts, textile craftsmanship, and spatial design. The handmade sits at the very heart of the work: each intervention is deliberate, each detail guided by a deep understanding of material and savoir-faire.

Inspired by nature yet shaped by technique, the piece reveals a landscape of hand-cut forms, layered textures, and meticulous embroidery with glass beads. Each petal is sculpted and stitched by hand, capturing light as it moves across the surface. The result is a living composition—one that shifts with perspective, inviting touch, contemplation, and time.

Here, embellishment is never gratuitous. A subtle embroidery, a shimmer of glass, a carefully constructed relief: every element exists to alter perception, to infuse the space with emotion and depth. Walls become tapestries. Panels become poetic statements. Interiors are transformed into environments charged with presence and quiet strength.

Drawing on rare techniques and exceptional craftsmanship, Lucie Touré creates surfaces that transcend function. Textura Naturæ is not decoration—it is an artwork, a narrative of ancestral gestures reinterpreted for contemporary interiors, where material tells a story shaped by the hand, by slowness, and by imagination.
