For Morgane Baroghel-Crucq, weaving is more than a technique — it is a silent language that connects her to the living world. Through her patient rhythms, she composes landscapes where each thread holds memory and becomes part of an intricate ecosystem.

Her practice balances raw materiality and the precision of craftsmanship. Drawing on ancient savoir-faire and experimentation, she unites vegetal, animal, and mineral materials — silk, linen, metal — each bearing its own memory and symbolism.

Inspired by the light and pigments of Provence, she weaves with restraint and listens to the world’s quiet vibrations. Her works reveal a dialogue between rigor and freedom, where materials co-create unexpected forms.

In this gentle resistance to haste, Baroghel-Crucq proposes a “sensitive ecology” — a poetic way of inhabiting the world, reconnecting emotion, material, and environment.

Craft

Morgane Baroghel-Crucq's work is a unique blend of traditional craftsmanship and innovative expression. Her artistic exploration is deeply rooted in traditional techniques, yet she constantly pushes the boundaries to open new avenues of expression. Baroghel-Crucq's particular interest lies in the relationship between textiles, landscapes, and identity. Her woven works, whether fictitious or real, lived or imagined, are silent contemplations of landscapes. She creates a bridge between walking through a landscape and the intimate emotions it evokes. Her works act as memories of nature and the environment we live in.

The viewer is immersed in an experience where natural light plays with the drapes and movements of the works, creating a dialogue between natural elements and human creations. Each piece is a meeting point between Craftsmanship, Art, and Design. Morgane Baroghel-Crucq creates both personal artwork and bespoke projects for professionals and individuals.
